Terms of Use
These terms apply to crayonandcut.com and to the printable packs we send you. By using the site or downloading a pack, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Crayon & Cut is operated by Ajmera Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Contact: hello@crayonandcut.com. Our postal address appears at the foot of every email we send.
What you're getting
A set of printable children's activity pages, delivered as a PDF. It is free. There is no charge, no card required, no trial, and nothing to cancel. Giving us your email address signs you up to our mailing list, and you can leave at any time.
What you can do with it
You may print as many copies as you like for children in your own home, classroom, childcare setting or library. You may use the pages with groups of children in those settings. You don't need to ask us first.
You may not resell the pages or the PDF, redistribute the file publicly, upload it to a file-sharing or printables site, include it in a paid product or bundle, claim it as your own work, or remove our branding from it. If you'd like to share it, please send people to this website rather than passing the file around — that's how we keep making them.
Who owns it
Everything in the packs and on this site — the drawings, the layouts, the wording, the logo and the name — is original work owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here uses licensed or third-party characters. The permission described above is a limited licence to use the pages, not a transfer of ownership.
Safety and supervision
Some activities involve scissors, glue and small pieces of cut paper. Small pieces can be a choking hazard for young children.
You know your child; we don't. You are responsible for deciding which activities are appropriate for the children in your care and for supervising them. Age guidance in the packs is a general suggestion, not a safety assessment. Use child-safe scissors and non-toxic materials, and supervise throughout.
Emails
When you sign up we send the pack, plus occasional emails about new printables and offers. Every email has a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, as US law requires. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing emails and does not affect any pack you've already downloaded.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit anyone else's email address, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Availability
We're a small operation. We may change, pause or discontinue the site or the packs at any time, and we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Downloads you've already saved remain yours to use under these terms.
No warranties
The site and the packs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the materials will meet your expectations or produce any particular educational outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the packs. Our total liability for any claim relating to them will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) — the products are provided free of charge.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the site or the packs causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
